Custom-built capabilities for custom-made thermoplastic compounds
To morph a polymer into a special resin compound for your plastic part requires custom-built capabilities and talented people with a deep understanding of your product vision. Our Enviroplas team has the polymer chemistry experience, the imagination to innovate, the thermoplastic manufacturing knowledge, and a strong desire to succeed to design complex formulations that are consistent, batch after batch.
Our Research & Development Lab and manufacturing facilities are equipped with the latest tools, technology, and proprietary extrusion machinery essential for testing, proving, and processing a variety of polymer matrices.
How we operate: From ideation to commercialization
From the raw polymer to material formulation through the thermoplastic molding process, and even beyond the delivery of your finished pellets, we monitor and communicate every detail of your project. Our “world-class customer service” team nurtures a relationship of trust by keeping you informed and engaged from ideation through commercialization. We stay with you, every step of the way.
Enviroplas Research & Development Center
Polymer compound command central, the Enviroplas Research & Development Center, is the nucleus of the development of your special compound. Our R&D team researches, sources, and morphs chemistry into the precise material to match your application’s requirements.
Just like an individual’s one-of-a-kind genetic recipe DNA, we construct the building blocks of a distinctive resin formula designed exclusively for your thermoplastic application.
Masters of the art of plastic color-matching
Enviroplas has mastered the art of plastic color-matching into a science. In our lab, we have perfected the art of color-matching utilizing dry pigment, dyes, or color concentrates which are critical in developing a consistent, visual identity of your customer’s brand.
Our Enviro Spectra Color lab provides precise color comparison on various substrates as well as replicating ultra violet deterioration over time, melt-flow indexing, and a variety of criteria relative to color integrity.
Injection Molding Technical Service
Without question, Enviroplas has one of the best, if not the best Injection Molding Technical Service teams in the industry. Larry and Bill are accomplished, skilled, and knowledgeable injection molding experts. Preventative maintenance, mold challenges, material expertise, quality checks, equipment, and troubleshooting are just a few of their skill sets to help you perfect your plastic performance process.

Not too big
With over 80 employees and multiple immaculately clean facilities, Enviroplas is large enough to handle high volume, high tolerance projects, yet small enough to give you the special attention each project deserves, from resin compound development through process optimization.
Enviroplas has over 120,000 square feet of administrative offices, research and development labs, testing and sampling areas, thermoplastic manufacturing space, warehousing, and shipping platforms.
Our custom-built thermoplastic extrusion equipment is developed exclusively for the diverse compounds we create based on each polymer’s melting behavior and formulation characteristics. The low power consumption of our equipment is also a component of our sustainability objectives.
Not too small

We not only have the right people and the right equipment, we have the right manufacturing size for your specific volume. Our Enviroplas production team can produce as much or as little product that you require. With a current production capacity of 75 million pounds (34,019 metric tons), we have the flexibility to expand to facilitate larger bulk runs.
Engineering Thermoplastic Polymers with World-Class Partners
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Injection Molders, Blow Molders, and Extrusion companies understand what it takes to manufacture the perfect thermoplastic part. You also know how to troubleshoot when things aren’t so perfect by addressing problems such as equipment calibration, die design, resin compound issues, or defective process operations. Since 1992, Enviroplas has collaborated with technicians, product designers, process engineers, procurement managers, administrative and operational teams at all levels for these companies to produce premier polymer products, together.
Our mothers taught us that we are judged by the company we keep. Enviroplas is honored to serve these world-class partners. (Our moms are proud!)
